Richi Peters is a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years in the industry. With a passion for all aspects of commercial property, he has proven his expertise and ability to assist clients in achieving their real estate goals.

Throughout his career, Richi has successfully managed a wide range of commercial property transactions, including bars & restaurants, retail spaces, office buildings, industrial estates, and mixed-use developments. His exceptional market knowledge and negotiation skills have consistently resulted in delivering optimal outcomes for his clients. He has developed strong relationships with a diverse network of clients ranging from individual investors to multinational corporations, and consistently delivers exceptional service regardless of the client's size or background.

His commitment to keeping up with the latest industry trends and legal regulations has helped him stay ahead of the curve and provide clients with up-to-date advice. He is well-versed in property law and ensures all transactions are conducted with complete legal compliance.

Outside of work, Richi enjoys flying helicopters, renovating property and tinkering with rusty old cars.

Melisah Watson
Office Administrator

Throughout her career, Melisah has proven to be an indispensable team member. She has the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality. Her exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, ensure smooth and effective interactions with clients.

Having previously worked for Unilever in Research & Development, she has extensive experience of working in a corporate environment. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of The UpCo, which includes management, coordinating meetings, financial administration and preparation of marketing reports.

Outside of work, Melisah enjoys swimming, paddle boarding and interior design.
